We guarantee that your information will be treated confidentially at all times during the procedure. Your information will only be known by the alert manager, who has a reinforced obligation of discretion with regard to the alerts submitted.
Anonymity
You want the manager to see what you file, but not to know who is behind the alert. However, in accordance to be admissible, the alert must meet the following conditions:
the seriousness of the facts mentioned is established and the factual elements are sufficiently detailed;
special precautions must be taken when dealing with the alert, such as prior examination by the person to whom it is first addressed, the appropriateness of disseminating it as part of the system.
